• we will be at the hotel from 10:00am to welcome you
• dinner around 6:00pm

Saturday 4th August:

• breakfast
• tour starts between 10:00 and 11:00am
• midday lunch and photo opportunity
• around 5:00pm we will be back at the hotel
• dinner around 6:30pm

Sunday 5th August:

• breakfast from 7:00am
• morning program
• 12:00am event end
